The Log-hub Supply Chain Apps MCP Connector is an integration layer that allows AI assistants, including but not limited to Claude by Anthropic and ChatGPT by OpenAI, to invoke Log-hub supply chain optimization tools on your behalf. When you connect an AI assistant to the MCP Connector and invoke a tool, certain categories of data are transmitted to and through the MCP Connector in order to fulfil your request. This data may include:
The MCP Connector is a stateless relay layer and does not persistently store your supply chain input data or computation results. Data submitted in a tool call is transmitted to the Log-hub Supply Chain API for processing, and the response is returned to the AI assistant; no copy of payload content is written to a database or retained on disk by the MCP Connector. OAuth access tokens are held in server memory for the duration of the session and are lost on server restart or upon explicit revocation. Revoked tokens are recorded in a revocation list persisted to disk; this list contains token identifiers only and no payload data, and survives container restarts so that revocations remain effective. Authorisation codes and session data used during the login flow are single-use, held only in memory, and expire within five to ten minutes. All calculation and visualisation results are saved to your Log-hub workspace on the Log-hub platform and are governed by your agreement with Log-hub and the data handling terms of the Log-hub Supply Chain Apps platform.
When you use the MCP Connector through a third-party AI assistant, the content of your conversation, including any supply chain data you share with the AI assistant, is also subject to the privacy policy of that third-party provider. Log-hub does not control and is not responsible for how third-party AI providers handle conversation data. The MCP Connector does not sell, rent, or disclose your supply chain input data to any party beyond the Log-hub Supply Chain API required to fulfil your tool call. The MCP Connector server is hosted on Microsoft Azure; data transmitted through the connector may transit Azure infrastructure located in the EU or the USA, and Azure's processing is governed by Microsoft's Data Protection Addendum and the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy or as required by applicable law. Account registration data is retained for the duration of your account and for any subsequent period required by applicable law following closure of your account. Usage and technical log data is retained for a period of up to ninety days, after which it is deleted or anonymised. Payment records are retained for the period required by applicable financial and tax law, which is typically seven years. OAuth access tokens issued through the MCP Connector are held in server memory only and are lost upon server restart or explicit revocation; they are not persisted to disk. Revoked token identifiers are retained in a revocation list stored on disk until manually purged by an administrator; this list contains token identifiers only and no payload data. Authorisation codes and PKCE session data used during the MCP Connector login flow are held in memory only, are single-use, and expire within five to ten minutes. Supply chain input data submitted through the MCP Connector is not stored by the MCP Connector itself; results produced by tool calls are stored in your Log-hub workspace in accordance with your workspace settings. After the applicable retention period has elapsed, data is securely deleted or anonymised so that it can no longer be attributed to you.
For any questions, concerns, or requests relating to this Privacy Policy or the processing of your personal data, including requests to exercise any of the rights described in Section 7, please contact our privacy representative at support@log-hub.com, stating your full name and your address, user name, and the email address used for registration. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, and at the latest within one month from our receipt of your request upon verification of your identity in accordance with local laws.
