1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing Log-hub Supply Chain Add-in. This Privacy Policy contains a policy statement regarding the collection, use and processing of personal data, with whom we may share such data and your rights in relation to personal data. Throughout this Privacy Policy we refer to various capitalized terms. These terms are defined in our Terms and Conditions of Use (the “Terms of Use”). By accepting this Privacy Policy or otherwise using or interacting with the Service, you are consenting to:

the transfer of your personal data outside of the country where you live including the transfer outside the EU/EEA as set forth in this Privacy Policy;

the collection, use, sharing, and other processing of your personal data, including for advertising-related purposes as set forth in this Privacy Policy.

2. Personal data we collect

We may process the following personal data in connection with the Service:

Registration data 

When creating a user account with the Service, we will ask you for personal data such as your user name, password, email address, address, postal code and country. Please note that we are unable to provide the Service unless you provide the above stated personal data.

Usage information 

When you use or interact with the Service, we will use a variety of technologies that collect information about how the Service is accessed. This personal data includes (i) information about your interactions with the Service; (ii) content that you post to the Service; and (iii) technical data, which may include URL information, cookie data, your IP address and the types and identity of devices and network you are using to access or connect to the Service.

Payment Data 

If you purchase any Paid Service or if you register an account with Stripe or other payment service provider authorized by Log-hub to receive Awards from Log-hub, credit or debit card information (such as card type and expiration date) and other financial data that we need to process your payment may be collected and stored by us and/or the payment processors with which we work. We may also collect some limited information, such as your postal code, mobile number, and details of your transaction history, all of which are necessary to provide the Service. In addition, the payment processors generally provide us with some limited information related to you, such as a unique token that enables you to make additional purchases using the information they’ve stored, and your card’s type, expiration date, and certain digits of your card number.

3. How we use the personal data we collect

We will process the personal data set out above for the following purposes:

Any personal data that we collect from you under this Privacy Policy will be retained by Log-hub during the term of your Agreement with us and during any subsequent period, as required to process any payments remaining following the termination of the agreement and/or as required to fulfil any other purpose under this Privacy Policy or to comply with a legal obligation under applicable laws.

Log-hub can transfer, process and store personal data about our users on servers located in a number of countries. Accordingly, Log-hub will share your personal data with other companies in the Log-hub group, or subcontract processing to, or share your personal data with, third parties located in countries other than your home country in order to carry out the activities specified in this Privacy Policy. Your personal data can therefore be subject to privacy laws that are different from those in your country of residence. Personal data collected within the European Economic Area (“EEA”) and Switzerland may, for example, be transferred to and processed by third parties identified above, located in a country outside of the EEA and Switzerland, where your legal rights in relation to your personal data might differ from within the EEA and Switzerland. However, if we do transfer personal data collected within the EEA to third parties outside the EEA, such transfer will be based on the safeguards either of the standard contractual clauses issued by the EU Commission, or the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield mechanism.

6. Children

Log-hub Supply Chain Add-in is not directed to children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 18 or under the applicable age limit (the “Age Limit”). If you are under the Age Limit, do not use the Service and do not provide any personal data to us. If you are a parent of a child under the Age Limit and become aware that your child has provided personal data to Pickit, please contact Customer Support and you may request, through your child, to exercise the rights to access, rectification, cancellation, and/or objection. If you are a California resident under the age of 18 and you wish to remove publicly available content, also please contact Customer Support.

7. Right to request information and correction of data, etc.

You, being the person, whose personal data is being processed, are entitled by law to withdraw your consent to the processing of your data where the processing is based on consent. You are also entitled to receive information regarding the personal data that we have about you free of charge upon written request. You also have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or blocking of any personal data that is inaccurate and transmit any data that we have about you to a third party controller (data portability). To enforce any of these rights, please contact our privacy representative at support@log-hub.com, stating your full name and your address, user name and the email address used for registration. We will respond to your request as soon as possible, latest within one month from our receipt of your request upon verification of your identity in accordance with local laws. We recommend you to include documents that prove your identity.

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Occasionally we may, in our discretion, make changes to the Privacy Policy. When we make material changes to the Privacy Policy, we’ll provide you with a notice as appropriate under the circumstances, e.g., by displaying a prominent notice within the Service or by sending you an email. In some cases, we will notify you in advance, and your continued use of the Service after the changes have been made will constitute your acceptance of the changes. Please therefore make sure you read any such notice carefully. If you do not wish to continue using the Service under the new version of the Privacy Policy, you may terminate the Agreements by contacting us through Customer Support.

9. Cookies
